In DEC units we can achieve a Supply air DB temperature very close to Inlet air WBT. But will not be able to reduce it equal to WBT. By using more deep Cooling Pads we can almost achieve a Supply air temperature equal to WBT.
DEC units comes with plug type & Blower type both types of Fans.
