Renotech SensiCool is a effective, cross flow polymer plate heat exchanger, especially made for removing sensible heat from air reducing the dry bulb (DB) & Wet Bulb (WB) temperatures to achieve high thermal efficiency with the unique plate design which creates good turbulence even at low velocities. This results in higher efficiencies. Made from Engineering Polymer material with specially compounded hydrophilic coating contributes to long expected life time and low operational cost. Out door & Exhaust air plates ensures the air tightness while transferring the heat. It has no moving parts and so its more reliable and ensures longer service life.

How does it work ?

Renotech SensiCool has two cross air passes, Supply side which is dry and Exhaust side which is typically wet for pre cooling ambient air with water as refrigerant. Hot & Dry ambient air is passed through Supply side which rejects its heat to the crossed exhaust side plate where raw water is sprinkled. Renotech SensiCool cools the air without adding moisture; it has the advantage of loweri n g the drybulb and wet -bulb temperature with- out the use of compressors at power penalty as low as 200 Watts /
